December 4, 2008 - We are pleased to announce that the 'Vom Lowenherzig' name is now AKC registered for exclusive use by Steven & Samantha
Canuso!
November 8 & 9, 2008 - Vom Lowenherzig Rottweilers is pleased to announce 2008 AIRK National Best Puppy Helios vom Lowenherzig.
Helios won his class the National Best Puppy title in his show ring debut. Thank you to judge Bill Alexander for this great honor. Helios (aka Apollo) is
out of Redwood Krest's Onyx and Multi Sieger Djuke vom Vilstaler Land and was bred, owned and handled by Vom Lowenherzig Rottweilers!.
Congratulations also to Hephaestus vom Lowenherzig (aka Tonka) who was VP4 in the class (out of 10) and Gryphon vom Lowenherzig (aka
Samson) who placed 6th with a VP as well. Both Laurie and Kristen did an outstanding job handling these boys in their very first show ring
appearances.

September 19, 2008 - It is with deep sadness and an absolute broken heart that we say goodbye to our yet another one of our girls this year, our
lovely old girl Hexe von der Steinpleiser Hoh. Hexe was an amazing dog with an amazing spirit and the most heart we've ever seen. She was a kind
soul who did not have a mean bone in her body but could light it up on the Schutzhund field. Everyone who knew her will long remember her in-ring
chatter and how we had to have all the balls hidden before she went in the ring so we could show her teeth. There was nothing Hexe would not do for a
ball. We'll never forget the kindness of everyone at the 2007 USRC Nationals as they crowded around the ring and gave the old girl a standing ovation
and cheers as she gaited around the ring in the Veterans class - thank you all for giving an old girl her moment in the sun. We'll never forget how she
pranced around the ring that day head held high and eyes gleaming as the crowd encouraged her with their clapping and cheering. We'd like to sincerely
thank Herr Otto Brengel of Zwinger Vom Mariennenthal in Quierschied, Germany for allowing us the opportunity to own Hexe. She is gone, but she
certainly will never be forgotten. Goodbye Rexa-roo and Godspeed old girl. You will be missed more than mere words could ever say.

August 3, 2008 - Vom Lowenherzig Rottweilers hosted its first annual VLHR BBQ for all of our puppy homes. Almost all of our puppy homes were able
to attend. It was fun to see most of the Vom Lowenherzig kids romp together and have fun. It was also a fun chance for our puppy homes to meet each
other and share stories about siblings and half siblings. The common phrase of the day was "Ours does that too!" It was a great time with food, fun,
friendship and Rottweilers. We are looking forward to our next get together!

their expert handling of Fausto. To Lucy Ang, thank you for recognizing Fausto's potential and attributes! And last but not least thank you to Fausto
for undoubtedly being one of the coolest dogs we have ever had the pleasure to own! Also congrats to our old girl, Hexe von der Steinpleiser Höh for
