Fausto is a very good example of a male Rottweiler. He is a
very correct male of excellent type; 65 cm tall with very good
bone and substance, top/bottom and neck lines, very good
front and rear angulation and very good width and depth of
chest. He possesses a strong masculine head, with a very
good stop and very well set and correctly carried ears. Fausto
is perhaps one of the best moving dogs we have ever seen.
He has truly excellent movement with very good reach in the
front and very strong rear drive. He covers so much ground
when he moves that people have commented that it is as if
he is floating. Fausto has an outstanding temperament: very
friendly and open with excellent character and nerve.

Fausto is from the Redwood Krest famous "F" litter that
produced 3 National Youth Champions in the US. Fausto, like
his famous brother Friday and sister Fienx, is a top show dog,
consistently finishing in the top four in his class in virtually
every show he has ever been entered. Fausto possesses very
correct structure, impeccable movement and ring presence, a
beautiful typey head and a dark eye and mouth.

CHARACTER
Much like his world famous father, Fausto is confident, social and extremely clear headed. His temperament is phenomenal and his drives
are impeccable. He is very social with children and people, shows good drive on the working field, is very clear headed in the bite work
and is absolutely non-handler aggressive. Fausto is extremely friendly and open and can be handled and touched by anyone, anytime.We
expect he will pass these outstanding genes along to his offspring, as his famous father did to him and the many other dogs he produced.

In total, Fausto's pedigree boasts 2 ADRK Klub Siegers (Hassan & Doc), 1 BRK Club Siegerin (Raika), 1 Europa Sieger/in (Benno & Bea) and
5 Bundessiegers (Irk, Chris, Bea, Rick and Muck) and 1 World Sieger (Benno). Out of the 30 dogs in his four-generation pedigree, all are
Schutzhund or IPO titled, and 21 of the 30 are SchH III titled.

WORKING
Fausto trained in Germany for his SchH I and BH working titles. Fausto is the FIRS T American bred dog to ever obtain a ZTP in
Germany!!!

SHOW CAREER
Fausto's show career has been notable to date. In 2003 he was shown only once earning the title of 2003 ARV Northwest Regional
Youth Sieger. In 2004, in his first show of the season he was awarded the coveted 2004 ARV National Youth Sieger title. In 2004,
Fausto also placed 5th out of 34 dogs at the 2004 USRC National Sieger Show. Since 2004, in limited showing in Germany, Fausto
consistently placed in the top 4 ratings in all the shows he attended. Upon returning to the US in 2006, he continued his top 4 placings
with a V1 rating at the ARV National Sieger show and a V4 rating at the ODRK Select Sieger Show. .

THE FUTURE
We are very, very honored to own a male of Fausto's quality. We are looking forward to the future and to seeing the impact that Fausto
is sure to have on the Rottwelier breed in the US though his future progeny.

It is with heavy heart that we say goodbye and godspeed to Canuso's Athena Bellissima, CGC. Athena left us on April 29 just 6 weeks after her 14th birthday. We miss you old girl!
